I don't understand why you cant grow weed if it is a natural plant its the smoking it witch makes it illegal! I at least think it should be legal to grow because weed is just apart of nature and the gov. shouldn't be able to stop it from being grown. What happened if you did have a plant and you got caught with one? what would you be charged with?

Really funny thing is I got busted with growing, a loaded pistol, 3 hits of mescaline, a few snooders, a couple scales.....Got rid of all the charges and got into no trouble for it. Fuck dem cops'

I feel like the average age of this thread is about 14.

It's the smoking it which makes it illegal? How can the government control growing a plant?

"The Government" has the power to do whatever it wants with your life. It is only restricted by itself, and its powers of enforcement. It can ban air if it wants, so long as they can write it on a sheet of paper and law enforcement will follow their orders.

Just like air, they cannot eradicate weed from the face of the earth, and so their policy has failed.
