| Amidst all of the lawsuits stemming from tobacco use do you think, if MJ was legalized there would be those a$$holes suing because they smoked too much and were irresponsible (not from the MJ) and killed somebody? I myself am dreaming of the day that MJ is legalized in this country but then again I think of all of the greedy a$$holes and greedy lawyers that will see this as an opportunity to make a quick buck (or a few million quick bucks). The MJ industry will have to be so careful and plan everything out before they even begin to start production.

| I'm not sure what you mean, but I think the public can be easily mislead by mainstream media if they do not take the time to educate themselves. I think in your scenario, if mj. were legalized, there would be people (politicians, lawyers, corporate sponsors against legalization) abusing the justice system by making fraudulent claims about the damages associated with mj. use then convincing the mass public that mj. is "bad". At the same time, I think there would be millions of people who would finally be "aware" of the benefits of mj. and thus stop believing the lies and rhetoric. After all, it's just a matter of time before the voters realize that mj. is a benign, therapeutic medicine and we, at last, turn the tide of reform to reflect factual evidence, whether scientific or anecdotal.

| Let’s say somebody is driving a car and is under the influence or is smoking at the time. I can see someone suing the company that marketed or sold the MJ to the driver. It's just like the people suing the gun makers. |

| That would probably happen, but as with most things of a similar nature, I would just sigh and shake my head, content in the knowlege that mj. has never been directly linked to a fatality, that it is impossible to cause a lethal overdose, and that it makes me happier than I have ever been. |
