I had heard 20g was decriminalized a couple of years ago in Russia. Would be interesting to find out, but for a foreigner it really does not matter as deportation can occur for these offenses...

who really cares how many grams are legal in russia they are comming here in droves it's not that they love the U.S.but they can get away with things here that they would not even think of trying in russia. besides pot's kind of scarce there but there is plenty of hash it's about a 7-8 hour by car from russia to holland that's where they get their weed some get's in from afghanistan but not that much,did everyone enjoy 420 on 420 at 420 I hope so. going to check out for now,shalom

These limits are usually set to free up the police and the courts from having to deal with the small shit. The higher the limit, the fewer cases they have to pursue.

I don't think Holland is supplying Russia-

Here in Germany there has been a huge increase in the availabiilty of Russian marijuana and hashish in the last five years- the levels simply swamp anything Holland could produce.

The quality is fine, if you can get it without bird sand tossed in for weight-

As far as two grams, it's arbitrary, it could be 10 grams or one, it gets the common cop to stop worrying about a personal amount- re: they are now off of my back. If he does catch you withtwo grams in yourpocket, hehas no incentivve to see if you have another two grams at home, not really, becasue, no kudos-

A district atorney or wahtever decides such thigs in any given sysetem would most likely no longer have areal interestin pursuing somethig already deemed a civil offense...
