| It is really good when the prosecutor gets the crap slapped out of him by a jury. This seems to be a total waste of taxpayers time and money to go to trial over that quantity. I realize that it probably was over the allowable quantity for that State, however; the prosecutor should have realized that the sympathy factor was too "high" and this case just could not be won. Maybe he will think twice about prosecuting someone who could prove beyond any doubt that he is so ill and needs medical marijuana. |
