After over-vaping/smoking I get somewhat of a headache, but its more like pressure in my head than pain. Is there any way to get rid of that quickly? Ibuprofen helps me and rest helps. However, often it would take a whole day for that feeling to go away.

Don't smoke as much? I never experience any kind of MJ "hangover", I'm always right as rain the next day.

Are you new to smoking?
I know when I was new, I would smoke too much and feel horrid for a day or so afterwards... Just completely draggy, tired, and generally 'blech' feeling.

After a while, this goes away

I have never had a hangover from marijuana, ever. Alcohol is another story. I've toked a lot of herb in my day too. I agree, smoke less.

A couple of grams of Vit C and some B Complex.
No pills? Then a spoonful of Vegemite followed by (after 30 min or so) a good sized orange...

i always called it a 'high over,' for me its normally stomach pain from eating sooo much random food, but i have felt pretty below-par from over vaping the night b4

Agreed, but really you guys,
make it clean and most importantly, unfluoridated.
And don't take me for a nut.
Back in the '50's and 60's all too many of our soldiers gave their lives to protect us from the Communist menace. While they mostly succeeded, their plot to subvert us from the inside has been an unmitigated success.

I know, because when I'm weak, when I'm lazy, and drink from the tap that we all do, I feel such a moment of loss, my essence aching.
As I said, yes drink water but it must be purified. We didn't come all this way, lose so many who fought the good fight.
