Excuse me for the manner of this post (im just curious).

If I had a prescription could I walk past an officer with a joint and just show him the prescription if he asks???

I believe there is still a law against use in public, so you might get a ticket for that, but you cant get charged with possession of small amounts with a recommendation.

it would be just like the law with drinking you legally couldn't walk past a police officer drunk and drinking it is illegal to be drunk in public it is common sence and it is also to have an open container in parks and stuff like that the laws are very strict about public use of any drug.

I find that retarded because what if you walkin home from a bar .....didn't have money for a cab and didnt want to drive your car home drunk??

Well I got my card. It was a very simple process and the doc was very cool.
Oh.... and just a side note I've gone two days without vikes

the new medicine is working very well.
