There's nothing "fake" about medical marijuana recommendations from recommendation mills. If they're signed by a legitimate doctor, they're legitimate.

If enough people get pissed off because stoners are using the medical marijuana laws just to get high, the program is likely to get shut down. Also, other states looking at legalizing medical marijuana look at California, shake their heads, and change their minds.

Two thirds of voters surveyed don't want to see marijuana legalized for recreational purposes. If they come to see medical marijuana as nothing more than that, they'll turn against it.

Well I live in Palo Alto, and I did some research on how to obtain a medical card, and there pretty strict about having all your paper work. But a friend of mine went to a place in the SF and he told the Dr. that he had problems sleeping and had some back pain and BAM!!! he got his paper work, paid $90.00 for the fee's and within the week he had his card. So I guess it really depends on who you go to. In my case I went to Medicann, great place, very professional, and my family has a history of Hypertension so I had the prescription drugs to prove it and also told him I had some back pain along with some tendinitis, so without hesitation, he wrote me a prescription for a year and to come back after the year to renew it. Alot of these place are skeptical of people with non-related health issues, and just want the pot for pleasure, so be careful.

You're welcome,
that is, unless you're being facetious...

I contacted medicann a few months back and they told me the fee was gonna be $250 for the year. How much did you end up paying? I contacted them about insomnia though.

Just a question from a guy up in Canada who has no idea. How much do they charge for medical marijuana? I was always just curious, thinking if they are supplying it legitimately it must cost more. So how much $$$ are you looking at for a gram, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1 oz.??
