Default Doing cardio and smoking marijunana

Are there any [health] benefits from doing cardio [running, playing sports etc] on a regular basis to a person who's an avid weed smoker [at least a joint a day]. Or does smoking weed just keep your insides fucked up

Yeah i do alot of cardio, And i smoke atleast a joint a day.

I find that it bothers my lungs for the first 10 to 15 mins of cardio. But just push through. And your lungs won't hurt for the rest of it.

I've been smoking weed for about 6 years now - but have been doing cardio at least twice a week (when I'm not lazy, I do it 5 times a week - along with a weight lifting program). And my lungs don't give in at all while I'm running - The only thing that stops me are the stomach cramps and pain in calf muscles.

I guess my real question would be does doing cardio on a regular basis flush out most of the ill-favored effects of marijuana?

Yea but the THC pretty much counters the tar, at least that is what it does with cancer, but my lungs seem fine, infact I would go as far as to say that my lungs has improved since I started smoking. THC clears out your lungs a lot, so unless you are smoking mids it should actually help with your lungs. Cigarettes on the other hand fuck up your lungs.

I lift weights or run just about everyday, I also usually smoke atleast a blunt and day and I haven't really noticed any bad effects on my lungs, other than a slight cough, but only on days where I have smoked alot. Usually if I've been running alot and working out regularly then my lungs seem to be in better health even if I blaze a bunch.

yes, as long as cardio is done on a regular basis as well. (at least twice a week for 30+ minutes)

I run 2-3 miles a day. I smoke a blunt a day also. It doesn't seem 2 affect my lungs.

Acouple days ago I smoked, then I thought why don't I go on a run while I'm high. It was really strange at first. After about 10 min I just fell in a good pace and started to feel the music I was listening 2. The weird part was after the "head" high wore off I had a trippy body high for like 4 more hours. Could the THC have been transported through my body from the accelorated? Sorry to go off topic.

Mizzoe, it can. When I used to smoke (1-8 times a day)(I quit), I would always make it mandatory to run at least 3 times a week, all of which include multiple high intensity bursts, really working myself out hard. Resistance training helps a lot with keeping your body on track as well. When I quit running for a bit over a week, I noticed I would wake up and cough up large balls of flem right away, my whole day I would not be breathing how I should, ect... So cardio really does help with a lot of things. Your organs, skin, brain function, the list goes on... If you're worried about ill effects of smoking dank, I would recommend eating it or vaporizing since it's much healthier than smoking.
