|  Getting a medical permit in Texas I know people have done it, and beaten court cases, but my main question is, how? I need it for epilepsy. I have tried numerous medicines with no luck so far, so I think that this would be the next logical step, as opposed to implanting a nerve stimulator in me. Anyway, how do I go about getting a medical marijuana permit in the state of Texas? Please help. |

|  I wish you the best of luck. I also use weed for my epilepsy. I don't know if texas has medical marijuana there. Here in Mi we vote next month for med MJ. I hope you find what you are looking for. Epilepsy is a bitch  Take care and may you be sezuire free.......x  |

| There is no way to get a medical marijuana permit in Texas because Texas has no medical marijuana law.
