I've only smoked like 2 times before a long time ago iam 17 now and i had the worst experience of my life a couple of days ago when i smoked. i only took 2 hits then i went to play call of duty(xbox game), and i felt really weird. i started paying attention to the walls in the game and the way my character moved. then i got so into the game i thought like i was actually walking around and i just had the weirdest ideas going through my head and it was like a really intense daydream. then all of a sudden i woke up like it was a dream and for some reason i felt like i was dead or about to die and i just lost it. i never had a panic attack but iam pretty sure thats what happened. i got scared because i thought i was dead and didnt think it was real at first, but i began to think "is this what happens to people when they die?" The more i thought it was true the more i panicked and the fear just kept doubling and doubling and i completely bugged out. i think the reason i thought i was dead is because i got shot in the game i was playing and then i thought i was really dying. i remember repeating myself iam gonna die you guys have to help me it keeps getting worse and i thought like i was trapped in this horrible place. They told me i was going to be fine and they got me outside to get fresh air and i drank some water then i came back to reality and i was so relieved. it was definately the craziest thing i've ever been through and i realized a lot of things about life that i can't even explain. besides the part of thinking i was dead there were actually a few cool moments and i wanna try it again. i'am pretty sure i reacted like this because iam on zoloft for social phobia, and when i smoked before nothing like that happened(i also wasn't on zoloft at the time). sorry this was so long what do you guys think about it. and the stuff wasnt laced my cousin was fine he was smoking too.
