| hmm, i must admit ive had that problem before(but never taking more than an hour to sleep). What ive found easiest to do is simply use all your energy. For instance, i just got back from a cruise ship, and i didnt take any bud on me. The first night i couldnt sleep i went out the the bastket ball courts and just wore myself out. Then i was able to sleep, or you could try getting up early in the day(like 8-10) and then you should be tired by end of day. It does suck, but if your not smoking it shouldnt last for more than a few nights before you return to normal. |

| That's fairly normal if you're used to smoking before bed. Ask you're parents if they have any or if they can get you some melatonin. Take 2 or 3, 40 minutes before you're ready to sleep.

| Yea, same thing happens to me. I've been without weed for a week now (2 weeks to go ), and I can't sleep at all. I found the best thing to do is just get alot of excercise and go to be really late.It shouldn't last more than a week or two, though.

| I also suffer from this problem as well. I find it hard to sleep when I haven't smoked during the day and especially at night. I brought it on myself i guess, b/c started to smoke before i went to sleep everynight for like 2 weeks. Since than it's been hard to sleep, so I just continue to smoke a joint mostly everynight, unless i dont have any to smoke. If I have to smoke a joint to have a good sleep, than I'll do what I have to do That reminds me...I think i'm going to step outside in a few minutes and burn one.
