Probably not the right forum, I'm sort of new here and couldn't find any other places for this sort of thing so I figured I'd post here. If not, I'm sorry =\

Anyway, about 3 years ago I was diagnosed with Chron's and ever since I've had on and off symptons such as severe stomach aches that last about 2 - 3 minutes, not wanting to eat etc. I was wondering if Marijuana could help relieve some of these symptons. I've done a search on the internet and unsurprisingly nothing came up that helped so I figuered I'd give it a shot by posting here.

I've been smoking Marijuana for about 2 months but I've only recently got the symptons and I really don't feel like smoking because I'm not sure what will happen if I do. I'm just wondering if I do smoke it will it help relieve my stomach aches and help me get some sort of apetite back?

PS, I realise no one here is a doctor just looking for some experienced people to give, at the very least, the tiniest bit of information.

Marijuana has a purpose of helping your appitie Or however you spell it.


In your case, I'd try it, And see how it is for you.

I highly doubt that smoking will hurt the situation...The only thing that I can think of that might make things worse is sometimes smoking (anything) sort of activates the bowels, and might exacerbate any diarrhea that you might have. This isn't very common though, so I would just see how it effects you personally. As for your stomach aches and appetite loss, smoking will most definitely help.

My Father just recently passed away due to chrons related problems. you should find that smoking, even better vaping cannabis will alleviate the situation. Cannabis has anti-inflammatory properties, and may help stop some of the pain going on in your GI system. good luck bro.

My son has chron's disease and he says smoking or vaping some herb will definately alieve some of his major problems sometimes......Without getting into details about this gory disease jut let me finish with his personal opnion into it; he said it worked so well for awhile that his flare-up's were even minor compared to without the herb.....

I read the sites last night and decided that I'd see what happens when I smoke. Amazingly the results were great. No stomach aches, no going to the toilet every 5 minutes, I could eat when I wanted too. Was great, thanks again everyone.
