some of my friend is taking these pill... what is it??.. does it have any effect like X???

Principen is a semisynthetic antibiotic. It should definitely NOT have any side eccects like the off-topic you mentioned. Pardon my boldness and harsh judgment here, but if your friends are taking these for recreational use, they are a bunch of idiots. (Not really intended as a flame but there is nothing cool or smart about taking strange pills for fun. Thats a good way to get yourself dead, either by OD, interactions with other drugs, or allergic reaction.)
