| I defenitely wanted to second this: Yoga and marijuana equal heaven! I usually use the vaporizer so that my lungs open up without combustion, put some mellow music on and slowly move and stretch. By far my favorite use of the herb! |

| Chronic and weights was always bad for me. I'd lose my concentration, think too much, and have terrible form if I tried to workout straight up off a bowl. I agree with the others though, yoga and being stoned go very well together. I've always found a good long walk/run/bike ride in nature while high to be wonderful and relaxing. |

| when i was in high school i worked out 6 days a week..and smoked daily...as a matter of fact my routine everyday after school/work was 1. smoke bowl 2. jam to music for about 10 min 3. work out ![]()

| I often enjoy blazing up before the more 'solitary' oriented exercises such as Resistance Training especially with Free Wts; walking in the woods; and calisthentics. This is quite enjoyable because I let mind go! Yet, blazing is strongly UnAdvised for your more 'socially dependent" exercises such as playing hoop, football, and tennis. Mainly because of the fact that you need to interact with others in an alert fashion and other players & team-mates would prefer you to NOT be high while trying to win the games.

| I am a college wrestler, I will often burn before a mid-day run. I just put Lil Wayne in the ear buds and go for 2-4 miles. I have done it before practice a couple of times. It easent too bad. Just a little clumsy at first.

| For individual sports such as yoga, wt training, and walking--getting blazed is enjoyable if not altogether more enhancing of the experience. But for team sports such as playing hoop, tennis, or vollyball--getting blazed before the event is NOT adviseable because your teammates don't want to see you high and your performance is often compromised. |
