| I love working out high. It seems as I have so much motivation while I am working out to push my self to the maximum. My veins pop out like crazy when i lift the weights. Yes yoga and the herb is an amazing experience! It makes me feel so relaxed. I play football, basketball, and track and I feel my best when im high. |

| I guess I'm in the minority here, but I can't even imagine trying to bench press after smoking a bowl. As soon as I lift the bar off the rack, I'd probably have gumby arms and the bar will fall on my chest . Then again I smoke indica and I'm couch locked after it kicks in. Burning after a good workout works for me though.

| I've ALWAYS wanted to rip it before yoga! and I often thought hmm I wonder if it would be a good idea...and you guys just motivated me to do it...as for running and lifting weights...I definitely couldn't be high...When I run I shut my mind off and just go...as for weights...its way too much energy for me to handle while high... But definitely so enjoyable after working out and work. |

| I am a Yoga instructor and I used to sub teach a class occasionally at a local cannabis club in Berkeley which was free to the patients. I got paid for the class plus a free eight to share with the class. Yoga and medicine flow together really well. A small amount (I prefer a sativa myself) and start moving and breathing and feel your body... |

| Been lifting religiously for over a year now. I smoke 90% of the time before I lift. Ive yet to notice if it improves my workouts, or degrades them. Evidently doesnt do much of either if since I cant really tell. I just LOVE getting ripped and throwing my headphones on at the gym. I live for hiphop music while high.
