i love to get baked and do any kind of excercise
but if you are trying to get back into shape, like pre season stuff it kinda sucks cause you feel like shit as it is
smoking before team sports has never bothered me but i think you have to be a seasoned smoker, cause if you only smoke like once a week i think you tend to be more nervous around people making team sports out of the question
long runs/walks/bike rides especially in nature are very enjoyable in my experience, the air smells so fresh and everything looks so nice
i must admit i have never tried yoga before though so i cannot say how it feels =(

I've played football (American) high before and found that it didn't effect my performance or fatigue whatsoever. If anything, it felt like it put me "in the zone".

I did a 78 mile ride ride on my bike on a nice trail last week. Had a nice buzz throughout. Pretty cool for sure... We left at 720am and got to see all the nature. I rode all the way there and back no problem till we got at the last five miles when it decided to pour rain on us.

Got back to the room hop into the hot tub and hit the kush good day
