I was wondering the availability of nugget(kind bud , any really good strains) at a concert in riverport for widespread panic and string cheese incident , how much are average prices for the pot and or hash and maybe a glass pipe do they sell them there? Where should i look for all of the nugget well thanks for your help im kinda new to buying pot at concerts.

This'll get moved before too long, to the music forum I imagine, but as long as it's here I'll answer your question.

First off, if the only reason you're going to the concert is for the drugs, don't go. People who do that are just a cancer on the scene and bring down those who are there for the music, which is the only reason why you should be going. I'm going to assume you're going for the right reasons.

I've never seen SCI or WSP so I don't really know what the lot scene is like, but it's probably going to be similar to the lot scenes outside of Dead and Phish concerts, though not quite to the same degree. I'm not sure how big Riverport is, if it's a big outdoor ampthitheater than the scene should be pretty thriving.

Walk around the parking lot before you go in and keep your ears open for people saying "nuggets", "kind bud" , "phatty nugs", "headies" something along those lines. The less cops there are, the more open they'll be (keep your ears open for "6-up" that means cops). Chances are, they'll say it kind of quietly after they walk by you, so you'll have to turn around real quick and ask them, "hey, you got nuggets?"

Usually you'll just find kind around bands of this nature, probably be $50 for 1/8, but it'll be worth every cent. I've never really found hash before so I can't speak for that (they'll also be doses, ex, all kinds of pharmies, maybe some other things like coke and heroin, but those are rare).

It's not a festival, so there won't be any vendors, so the chances that you'll find a glass piece are slim. There might be some in the lot though. Keep you eyes open for people with large black cases, not unlike guitar cases, but rectangular. They're padded on the inside and full of glass pieces. Just keep your eyes open. If there's anywhere nearby where people are camping, the same thing goes on there, but moreso because of less cops.

Keep in mind, not all concerts will be like this. Basically, any band who would be considered a "jamband" or whose audience will mostly be "hippies" (I hate both those words) will be like this. Good luck in the lot, and have a good time! I've been meaning to check out SCI forever, might get tix to see them with Phil & Friends at Deer Creek, but I'm broke right now, so we'll see.

I highly reccomend buying pot prior to the concert, and hiding it well when entering. Some really good ways to hide, in saran wrap inside a waterbottle with water, and anything you can think of that is creative. Buying pot inside is risky, and its gonna be more expensive. I highly doubt you could find a pipe for sale in a concert. If you did, it would be more expensive and probably lower quality then what you would find at a head shop.

This isn't a normal concert, bud, there's gonna be nothing but pot smoking hippies at these concerts and the lot scenes are legendary. It won't be as bad as at festivals where you have to fight people off. Seriously, every 10 feet you'd get offered bud, doses, ex, pharmies. We bought our herb as soon as we got there, and the rest of my money was going toward food (Bearly Edible Garlic Grilled cheese sandwiches, still only a dollar!), so the rest of the weekend, all I said was a lot of no thank you's.

Going to a Phish, String Cheese, ekoostik hookah, etc, concert is different than your average concert, finding good bud really shouldn't be a problem. If there are pipes, they'll probably be of equal or greater quality than those found a head shop since chances are the guy selling it to you blew it himself. It difficult to explain, and it sounds like it's all about the drugs, but it's not, it's all about the music, but a lot of the drugs go hand-in-hand with that.

I know I've got a lot of pretty long posts in this thread already, but there's one more thing I should add.

Keep your eye out of a group of people known as "kidz" or "ghetto hippies". That's honsetly the best way to describe them. Very few of them are there for music, they're there for the drugs, so consequently, pretty much all of them are drug dealers. They'll be easy to spot because they'll look like a hippie if he was from the 'hood. They pretty much all wear baseball hats at a rather awkward looking angle.
