| Well,at least there was a study supporting my self prescribed medical marijuana, even if it was just done on rats. I have sleep apnea, aggravated with copd respiratory problems. I have been too a sleep analysis clinic, and will be discussing their test results with my VA medical provider at my next clinic appointment in June. I will try and get my medical provider too prescribe marijuana as a sleeping aid. Since the Justice Department has announced that Marijuana is a medicine, still don't know if there are issues for Doctors that prescribe pot, especially at a Federally funded clinic, but if there is a problem, will have too get my prescription through other medical sources. When I have the prescription in hand, will then have the prescription "listed" on my medication record at the VA. This will be a way of documenting and setting a precedent in the VA unless others have already done this. |

| This is a fantastic list of the beneficial use of marijuana, so my friend I thank you for posting this. Maryland is probably long ways away from being a medical marijuana state, but ill be the first in line to apply when it is. |
