That's why I stated it as "may have", I don't mean to imply it applies to everyone in every case or to step on any toes. Some just have a much higher tolerance to start with than others, some have smoked for long enough that they've learned to adapt and deal with any limitations they do have, pot does effect us in different ways and long term medical users tend to function just fine. But for most people, especially those with low tolerances or who are newer to smoking, it's probably not a good idea. Your mileage may vary.
