if you are cleared by your state law for medicinal purposes. And you need to get drug tested for work. How does that work? Can your employer fire you or are you clear?

Well, it might depend on the state but I don't recall any off the top of my head that protects MM patients from their employer.

For instance, in California there is positively no protection. If you fail a UA, the employer can fire you.
