I don't know if anyone's heard this already, but New Hampshire just passed a House bill that will make medicinal marijuana legal.
Goes into effect January 1st, 2010.

Ashlee--does that mean if I claim to have a bad headache or knee pain I can jus go to my doc and get a RX for medical MJ? Or does it have to be sumthin else. Is the process ez or cumbersome? Any idea/insight?

can you get it by a recommendation from a doctor or is it like new mexico and some of the other states where you have to have a serious disability like cancer?

That is the actual bill, so I'm assuming it would say how to obtain medical MJ in there.

This bill passed the NH House on March 25. I posted an article on it here. It was to be addressed in the senate today, but I haven't seen any news on it yet.

Here's hoping. Of course, then we have to deal with Lynch, who's given the impression he will veto the bill.
