I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, so I'm sorry if it needs to be moved...

I have been to a couple of co-ops, and i have noticed something that raised a question. Especially after looking at all the pics that have been posted here, I'm wodering about the bud I have purchased. I see all of these beautiful crystal covered buds in the pics here, and some are even the same strains as what I have looked at at the co-ops. Thing is, NONE of the buds in the co-op have crystals anywhere near as heavy as what I see here. Even the stuff we grow has a lot more... I guess what I'm wondering, and forgive me for being naive here, is do you think they shake all of the buds before they sell them to keep the kif to sell or use in their foodstuffs? It sort of appears that this is the case, but then maybe not. One place I went to had at least 15 different strains, and not one looked anything like I was expecting. They all seem to have the same light coating, but NO really crystally bud...

Hopefully we are only a couple weeks out from our harvest, so I won't have to buy for a while, but if I do have to buy, I'm wondering if I should keep looking for a better co-op or just find a dealer. I would love to hear from you folks on this.

I should add, that none of the weed has been "bad", but certainly haven't found any that is any better that what we grow. We are going to be growing some Northern Lights this year, so I'm hoping it's even better than our regular Sensi Star that we have been growing. I did try some of the Sensi Star from the co-op, and I feel that ours is better. This seems to be in line with my theory that they kif the buds before they sell it.

So.... Any thoughts?
