Default Help sleep

Ok, here's the deal. Tomorow I have to wake up at 7:00 for a football camp and I can't seem to go to sleep. I want to smoke a bowl to make me fall asleep but i don't want it to effect me tomorow. Any advice?

Well, smoking a bowl before bed has never effected me the next morning, so I guess my advice based on my own experience is go for it.

Hopefully, you're still not up, though.

I know it's a little late but just for the record everytime i smoke before bed, i wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and ready to start the day, and every time i don't smoke before bed i wake up feeling grogy and tired. That might just be because i have terrible insomnia though so whenever i don't smoke i stay up intill 4 or 5 in the morning.

Man I just got on the boards to post about how im here at the computer at 1:40 in the morning. Couldnt sleep so I smoked a bowl...waiting for it to really kick in. Just on friday myself and about 4 friends smoked and smoked and smoked till about 3 in the morning. The next day I got up at 9am and felt fine, like I didnt even do that the previous night.

same. i will just be laying there for hours wide awake... smoking a bowl or two of hash really helps to fall asleep faster and i have never woken up still stoned, no problems with that. although if i did wake up still stoned i would definitely welcome it lol. one night we made some pretty potent brownies and i had work the next day, and i was still feeling a bit body high during the first part of my shift haha

if i really needed to sleep I used to smoke a blunt and do pushups til I couldn't anymore.. try it you'll sleep just fine

Smoking the bowl really won't effect your football physical activity. Especially, because your only smoking a little bit not a lot. I don't think it should effect you at all unless your a major stoner and smoke all the time. Which I do not recommend, but if you want to fall asleep fast thats the cure right there.

I have always known weed to help me in sports, i run faster, have more pain tolerance, and more coordination. It always keeps me well rested too.
