| I wouldnt go as far to say insomnia alone...a well documented insomnia case...yes. PMS for sure, documentation showing your dr. noting that you have increased cramps etc etc and that a pain medication more potent than tylenol, midol, etc etc is needed would strengthen your case. Your anxiety and panic disorder I am sure is already documented. I will PM you with my Dr recommendation if you are in my area.
