| I looked up the symptoms and here it is "individual has difficulty staying awake during the day and takes frequent naps. The sleep at night is fitful and frequently interrupted." My parents think its all in my mind and i think i may start using weed at night to help me sleep. i already do it for recreational perposes. but im worried about cost cant afford to smoke 1-2 bowls every night before i go to bed. Any ideas if this is in my head or am i suffering from insomnia or another sleeping disorder?

| I don't think it's in your head. I'm pretty much exactly the same, the only thing that can help me sleep is MJ. Currently I am going without (long story...) and I haven't slept well at all, last night I slept for about 3 or 4 hours and was laying in bed trying to sleep for about 9 or 10+ hours( i can usually get 30 -60 min of LIGHT sleep before i wake up). I work midnights, which doesn't help at all. Last night I slept through all 3 breaks and I felt like I was going to die by the end of my shift( it also doesn't help that I haven't eaten anything or talked to my girlfriend in 3 days( no trouble, just both really busy and in different countries)...) Now I am incredibly tired, but I have a feeling that as soon as I go to bed I'll be wide awake. Anyway, sorry for rambling but it felt good to vent a little... The best advice I can give is... try it! I think it will help you, as it has helped me and many other people I know or have heard about. If it doesn't help, all you'll lose is a few bucks, but if it does help, it could change your life. I know how hard it can be to afford, when I realized how much it helped my sleep, I stopped smoking for recreational purpose and only smoked before bed, until I had a little more cash. Good luck...

| I wouldn't think you'd need 1-2 bowls before bed. I used to take a hit or two right before bed, but I found I'd often wake up in the middle of the night and would be tempted to take another, which often left me lethargic the next day. Since I turned to vaporizing, I've found it easier to get to sleep without partaking right before bed. I generally sleep longer, and 'weed hangover' isn't an issue.

| i agree with you that one to two bowls a night would get expensive, so one thing i think you might wanna do is only take a couple hits out of something small like a generic metal pipe, or a chillum, a hit or two and it really helps my insomnia....
