|  Loss of appetite? Im trying to take a break from smoking but ive been having some side effects. First off the first few days I was rather depressed but now I feel much better than I did. Another thing that I notice is that I have a complete loss of appetite. And its rather a weird one because I know my body wants food but I dont want to eat. Can anyone elaborate on why this is happening? Ive read that the withdrawal from marijuana can lead to loss of appetite but is there any suggestions anyone can give me. Ive been trying to force myself to eat but i've hardly been eating. Help?! |

| i smoked daily for a year and then quit for a month, i had trouble sleeping/loss of appetite for less than a week before things were "normal" The best advise i can give you about the loss of appetite is to work out. Whenever i got the "hungry but cant eat" feeling, i just ran a mile or two, and my body was ready to take on a 4 course meal.
