Whats going on in Ohio

Ok im 14 years old. I smoke marijuana for medical reasons. I use it because i have had lots of people mess with me about my friend that killed him self over the summer. Now i cannot sleep unless i smoke marijuana. I wish i could get a card so i dont have to worry about cops,etc. So is there a bill going around for ohio?

Yeah, I'm in ohio too, so I'm kind of following it. There was a bill introduced in 2008, it didn't pass, but thats not terrible. Its probably gonna be reintroduced in 2010. Heres some websites you can check out

I'm not trying to belittle your situation but given your age and lack of debilitating illnesses I think you're going to have a lot of trouble getting a MMJ card at your age unless you have some kind of long drawn-out medical history with something MMJ-card worthy or Ohio has some really lax rules in getting a card, because I think you're going to look like a kid who came up with a story to get a free pass to get high. Depression is a hard thing to prove, like people who go to the doctor and scam them for narcotics claiming they have some incredulous back pain.

I also have very bad joint pain, and know i get headaches from it.

Joint pain..? Or growing pains? Because sir, you're only 14. I think if you go into the doc. office at 14 and complain of joint pains he's just going to laugh

Ohio's laws have no exemption for the medical use of marijuana.
