Tense neck pain

Hey so last night i slept on a buddy floor with no pillow and when i woke up my neck and shoulder ache so bad i couldnt walk. So i was just sitting there for a while on my laptop and decide, hey try smoking some weed. I smoked two bowls was blazed and forgot about my shoulder. And realized there was no more pain. It was great. Anyone ever do this or have a similar post?

Yes, for longer than I care to remember.
I've gone through many years of the usual med regimen as prescribed by various physicians and while they worked in varying degrees the side effects were a bummer.
Marihuana has proved to be a far superior solution (in general terms) and has served me well for decades in dealing with a significant chronic back problem.

Please keep in mind though that it's function is to relieve the pain and suffering temporarily and is not a solution to the the underlying core issue/s...

Yeah when I workout...my muscle are real tensed and burn. Weed helps relieve my body tension and takes away the pain.
