Hi, I'm just curious if people think I have a chance to get approved for a medical card in Washington State. It's been over a month since I last saw a doctor, but in the months prior to that I had been seeking healthcare for appetite loss. The symptoms I've been suffering from and which I reported to my healthcare providers are general appetite loss, nausea (more prevalent in the mornings), a general sick feeling accompanying the nausea, all of which resulting in weight loss. As some background I have been underweight my entire life, my family generally has a fast metabolism. Currently I am living in the dorms so I am uncertain of my current weight, as there is no access to a scale. But before I started suffering from these conditions I was 130lbs and 6 foot even, which dropped to around 110 at its worst.

My general practice doctor made several suggestions for treating my condition including addressing an infection I had and medication for heartburn. None of his treatments over maybe 4 appointments alleviated my condition, so he referred me to a gastroenterologist. That gastroenterologist also failed to find a remedy or even diagnose a condition in close to 5 visits including an endoscopy and various other tests. I was then again referred, this time to seek counseling suggesting maybe anxiety could be the problem.

I still intend to seek counseling but as of yet have not taken the time to do so. I still feel I am suffering from the appetite loss as I still do not eat as much as I had at the beginning of this year, but it is not as severe as it was when I was seeking treatment in the summer. My question is, does anybody have reason to believe I will or will not be approved for a medical card in Washington state if I were to visit the thcf clinic around here?
