The book has apparently changed her perceptions on the whole issue, she even commented that if she ever has a medical problem that marijuana will help with I should get her more information (and probably since MN is not a MMJ state help her get some.)

Today she told me about a meeting she had at work. She works at a LARGE national medical company that has MANY medical services, one of which included working in patients homes with terminally ill individuals (hospice.)
Somehow during the last meeting THC and its effects came up, some nurses said that they had patients who were secretly using Marijuana with positive results, the director of medicine for this LARGE NATIONAL company commented that he wished there were some good sources for information about marijuana/THC's medical benefits/risks.

She wasn't able to recall any statistics from when she read the book but has asked if I would allow her to bring it to this individual. I know that particular book is very well written, but it may not answer all of the questions an individual with this title would have.

So I am looking now for other reliable, objective sources that explain the medical benefits for this individual. MN has been debating MMJ for a while, our current Governor is against the idea but having some more important medical professionals on board can NEVER hurt right?
