Identifying Medical Marijuana?

I recently bought some green, and I was told that it was medical marijuana from California. How do I know that the dealer isn't lying? Is there any way to tell if it actually IS medical marijuana from Cali?

Medical marijuana is a term people have learned to use to sell better.
Actually, any marijuana can be medical, as long as its sold by a Cannabis collective by patients. The term means nothing.

There is no guarantee what you're getting was grown by a patient or purchased from a collective.

You can find all grades of MJ at dispensaries. I've been to some that sell ounces of OG Kush Shake for 50$, and 8ths for $75 that were crap. I used to think the same thing, that "Medical" marijuana was better. It's not always.

I agree. When my friend got his card we tried getting medical, which ended up being all right, but we had a sweet hook up so we still use him instead of getting medical.

Medical marijuana is Marijuana. There is no differences. Why people say it? Most medical herb is often better quality.

If you smoke some and you feel more relaxed than you did before smoking it, you have medicated yourself. Hence you have medical marijuana.

I vaped some "medicinal" from California. Knocked me on my ass. Couch locked. I could really see where an AIDS or cancer patient would want it. Incredible body high. But, I couldn't tell you what strain it was. Freddy

Medicinal Marijuana can be any strain or grade. I've never been to a dispensary but the people I know who have been have said that it's like a buffet with all the different types of marijuanal. Different strains are often prescribed for different problems as well. He's either telling the truth or just saying that so he can mark up the price.

You can't tell if it is *medical* unless you went to the dispensery and got it yourself. And people usually just called weed medical to sell it or if it is high quality bud, no way to gurantee it is though.
