In terms of your health, which is the better choice to smoke: hashish / hash oil or regular bud ? In theory, hashish would seem to be healthier since you're extracting the cannibinoids out of the weed and leaving behind the plant matter and all that, so you're getting everything you need and nothing you don't. I have also heard that hash will not smell so strongly, as bud does.

I don't have access to good hash in my area but I am planning on making some soon...
