| some of you may have heard of this, i have had it every time i smoked. my heart rate fluxes and i cant sleep. is this normal? how do i avoid it? |

| Sounds like you're smoking sativa dominated strain. I would suggest switching over to an indica-dominated one, and you should be able to sleep just fine. |

| were you ever diagnosed with heart problems? I sometimes get fluxes in my heart rate too, though, it seems to be related to what im thinking about. Usually i cant sleep on cannabis, beacause it has me thinking too much, my mind is too active. |
