I've had the same problem for about 2 months now... Mine started from a cold..... i dont know if the green **** is infection though... Its like im somhow pulling everything thats in the cone into my lungs.... the green being unburnt matter. its really pissing me off, i cant seem to get to the bottom of it either... I smoke a no more then 10 g a week, i clean my bong every g, i have bought new bongs, stems, cones, grommits, and nothing seems to be fixing it..... I have tryed changing my smoking mehtod (holding shottie for less/more time, and trying to pull cone "more gently". I am almost ready to give up smoking completly...... can n e one help me????? obviously rather not see a doc...... thanx!!!

I finally got insurance and it turns out Ive had Bronciatus all this time (2 years) Not good to go with out treatment and It sucks for me.

I took antibiotics and it cleared up most of it. I hadn't smoked in over 2 months and was at a concert on thurs. and took a couple hits of a dubie.

THE CRAP IS BACK AND I HAVE CHEST PAINS IN MY LEFT LUNG.

I have officially quit smoking herb. It feels like I m being stabbed. I guess I have ***** lungs. Ill keep you guys updated if I figure how to get healthy.

I used to smoke cigarettes from my teens until early twenties and started smoking mj at age 21. I medicate daily with mj but when I have to quit for a couple days sometimes it's like my lungs are goin into shock and then clearin out all that resin that had built up maybe and I smoke outta a glass pipe. I have also spit out black stuff but only when I quit smoking weed for a few days and then my lungs just start clearin out all this gross blackish looking stuff along with the normal clear phlegm. I wonder if it's just ash gettin in my lungs ya know when ya choke on the occasional bowl and breath some o that crap in there prob not to bad for ya but it don't feel good lol. Ah yeah and greenish color is prob an infection IMHO.. I need a vape bad

I suggest you go to a health food store and pick up some horehound. It's an herb that causes the the lining of your lungs to shed whatever foreign matter that's stuck to it. It helps you to cough up all the crap you've been trying to cough up unsuccessfully. I've used it for bronchitis since 1978.

You brew it as a tea and drink a cup three or four times a day. It tastes awful but it really works. To reduce the awfulness, drink it as iced tea and add a little lemon juice and honey. Throwing in some licorice root when brewing the tea also improves the taste.

It will not, of course, cure an infection. That takes antibiotics (or other herbs). Bronchitis and lung infections often stem from the irritation of foreign matter in the lungs. Getting rid of that stuff will enable you to cure faster. Using horehound occasionally when you're not sick improves lung function and helps prevent getting sick.

I'm not a doctor or an herbalist, so do your own research. I'm just passing on what's worked for me.

An expectorant will keep the mucus from building up and getting infected (or more infected). Drink some Robitussin or take pills for a few days and see if that helps any. Even if it doesn't cure the cause of the phlegm, it'll help you feel better. Look for cough syrups containing guaifenesin.

i have the same thing man, does it burn your lungs when you smoke too? i've been smoking for 3 years everyday now and i recently started seeing blackish/brownish ash in my mucus.. i think its just your body trying to get rid of the tar in your lungs.. i started running more and its coming up easier and more now, i basically trying to get rid of most of it.. i stopped blazin for a while too, just to be on the safe side

hey man i have this problem too, when i smoke it burns in my chest and i've been seeing black **** in my mucus.. how bad does it hurt for you? b/c i could definetly smoke with the pain b/c its not that bad.. did yours start out like this and progress?

I have been coughing up a storm and running a slight fever....it has been about five days. I thought I got hit with a flu bug...now i am wondering.......This may sound dumb i know it is not good to smoke right now but if I eat MJ could if affect my condition worse????
