Alright, here's the rumor I'd like to bring to people's attention.

Smoking Cannabinoids while exercising results in possibly toxic uses of the chemicals by ones muscles, who are craving oxygen.

First of all, I must wonder, doesn't this happen when you smoke and you're NOT exercising?

I'd like some comments on this topic.

It has nothing to do with other topics that say THC becomes released upon exercise AFTER having smoked. That's a given based upon previous discussions.

Any ideas?

I wouldnt suggest that anyone smokes anything while they exercise as your body's demand for oxygen increases and when you smoke your oxygen intake decreases, this is not a healthy combination.

First off, muscles do not use THC, CBN CBD or any other cannabinoids, these chemicals affect the receptors in your brain(nervous), not smooth or striated muscle tissue of any kind. Your muscle tissue is not effected directly by the chemicals in Cannabis.

While exercising your body/muscles do utilize oxygen and the diminished amount of oxygen present in your body while smoking may adversely effect you, however this is because your smoking WHILE your exercising, which I dont really understand why someone would do.

Cannabis does not harm and is not toxic to your muscles. Smoking however is not healthy, but I'm sure everyone already knows this.

I've never worked out while stoned, but i've hiked lots, and went swimming lots while stoned, and if anything being high seemed to help, I was alot more relaxed in my breathing, and I could hold my breath under water while swimming alot longer, though, my brain could of been starved of oxygen, and I just didn't notice
