A Request for assistance -

This morning I received the following email. I dont know the answer offhand and have a very busy morning, but I would like to be able to answer her and provide some help.

Can you assist us?

I have degenerative spine disorder (the bones and soft tissue are fusing) a totally failed right knee, a chronic infection of the salivary glands that keeps mef rom eatingpropertlly OR going ot a dentist for fear of the pain.

I have current prescriptions for Oxycontin 40, Norco 10, Valium 10 and Soma for the physical symtoms and for the depression I have (because I can't really do anything physical) I take Klonopin.

Along with this I have FibroMyalgia of the spine and extremities. I believe that I am a certain candidate for a card, but since moving here just a couple months ago, I have not goten any informatin........ in fact I ahve gotten no information on GETTING information.

Please inform me as to how I go about applying for this status.

Oregon Medical Marijuana Guide

In the Appendices section you will find permit applications, etc.
This site provides just about any information one may need to obtain an Oregon Med. permit.

Americans for Safe Access has local links that may direct this person to resources specific to her geographic area in Oregon.
