Hi!

My husband and I are going to start a family and I was hoping to get started right away. We just got back from a vacation where we smoked...ALOT. How long should we wait before trying to conceive?

I don't really think it matters as long as you don't smoke during pregnancy. If you want to be safe then wait like two weeks. Maybe you should ask your doctor. Interesting question.

I didn't really think it mattered either, but we want to be as safe as possible. It's kind of...awkward, asking my doctor.

I think you might as well try as you are probably not going to get pregnant right away. Those things usually take time.
