| I'm just wondering who/what to believe in order to make informed decisions. I've smoked pot for years, and I find it to be more enjoyable than ever...and a great stress-reliever, and perfect for my music-listening, dancing, etc. In fact , when I smoke a joint or even less, some people think I'm on something MUCH stronger (coke, dexedrine, even acid!) It lasts for hours and I'm full of energy. These are all positive experiences for me. So, I'm trying to weigh those against any Harmful, Negative PHYSICAL consequences to my body/health, after these many years. We all know re: the cancer, emphysema, lung diseases, heart disease, etc. that cigarettes definitely cause. There's no debate. But when I try to get that kind of info re: the long-term marijuana negative health consequences, how do I know which studies ( if there are any!) are fact-based, with no political or social agenda? I just want real, unbiased medical Facts. Cigarette packs have the warning labels, but how can I get facts about pot? Thanks and Happy New Year to all................ |
