| This is an old post, but I feel compelled to mention that Darren McCrea, the founder of Spocannabis was arrested early this month for providing medicine to more than one MMJ patient which is all the Washington law allows a caregiver to provide for. I haven't been able to contact his wife yet, so I don't have many details. I just found out today. He was a very good friend of mine while I lived in Spokane, and just like any other marijuana arrest, it is one more tragic waste of law enforcement resources. As I acquire information, I'll try to post it here. I hope no one minds. Peace and Love

| I was able to contact Darren, he has apparently had all charges dropped. I'll try to contact him again this weekend for more info. |

| I don't understand... why was he arrested? From the articles I could find, it mentioned he was a "caregiver for more than one person" or something like that. |
