the other night i made an apple pipe and smoked a bowl all by myself and was so high i was hearing things, and then the other day we smoked out of a pipe and i wasnt that high. What is with that?i like being really ripped how come im not that way every time?

It depends on your tolerance, the quality of the weed, the amount of the weed, what kind of hits you take, the way you smoke, what you smoke out of, etc.. You wont have the exact same response every time.

Exactly.....and this is one of the reasons I love marijuana. While certain snesations are experienced nearly every time you get high, the degrees you experience them and the overall "mood" of the high can vary each time you smoke. How much fun would you have if each and every time you smoked, you had an identical response? Set and setting play an important role, meaning that your overall mood and your physical location factor into this, as does the quality of your weed, smoking method, amount smoked etc. Some strains (mostly sativa strains) provide a much more "mental" buzz, while indica strains produce a more pronounced "body" high. It won't be the same every time you smoke, nor would it be as much fun if it were.

i read pipes don't give u as much thc as bongs. I never smoked from a fruit (lol) so maybe an apple might be like a bong so you got better hits. If the time you did it through a pipe was the day after you had the apple hits then your tolerance would have been up a bit

thats wrong.........
what you smoke from has much to do with the results.
If you take a gram and roll a joint, and smoke it, half of the smoke is wasted.
Where as if you were to do the entire gram with a bong, more smoke makes it into your lungs, and the more affects you will feel.

No, there's what's wrong. How did you come to that conclusion? Smoking a gram in a joint is going to get you a different high than smoking a gram in bong, you do NOT lose 1/2 of all the smoke, that's nonsense. Also consider that a bong filters out more THC than a joint, and is less efficient even though the smoke is cooler, which is why a bong high is shorter than a joint high, just like smoking out of a vaporizer is much different from smoking out of a bong or smoking a joint.

What I am saying is.......unless you are constantly inhaling from your joint, the smoke is disapating into the air and is not getting used. and yes, bongs do filter the smoke to a point. you gotta consider that Thc is not water soluble.......sorry im not the best at spelling
I can smoke a gram in a joint and be extremly high, If I try to smoke that same gram with a bong in the same amount of time as it takes to smoke that J , than I cant find my way out of the chair I am sitting in. I know H.L. I must be impartial to bongs
