Default Burning fat can get you high?

Hey, I got randomly high today, and recently I had been doing intense exercise. I think I'm hyper-sensitive to weed, it never takes much for me to feel it.

So, THC is stored in fat cells... I ran out of food and was really hungry, so I dug out some old engery bar type things.

"ACCESS: Fat conversion activity bar" Enhances fat metabolism.

Extensive testing shows that the natural food blend in the access bar blocks the absorption of adenosine by receptor cells and converts it to inosine, which doesn't block your body's fat burning process.This allows you to burn less sugar and more stored fat.

It also claims to facilitate other things which allow you to use more muscle fibers.

Anyway, I ate one of these and started working out the rest of the day, and I feel pretty high right now. I was wondering if I'm crazy, or if this actually works. Discuss.

In case you don't get it... I'm saying that I think I'm burning fat with stored THC, and it's getting me kinda stoned.

I definitely feel something.

THC doesn't get stored in your body fat. THC metabolites get stored in your fat cells, the stuff that THC breaks down into after it's done doing its magic. The metabolites are not psychoactive.

Perhaps what you were experiencing was the release of endorphins, the body's natural opiates. They get released as a result of strenuous physical exercise. It's often called "the runner's high".

Damn, I really thought we were on to something.

I'm hesitant to believe that getting high off crunches is normal. I've never felt that way after exercise before.

How long does it take for eaten weed to take effect? Because I ate some the day before, along with so much food I wouldn't be surprised if it took 24 hours to take effect.
Or maybe it was some remaining effects from when I smoked yesterday, but I didn't think that it was normal to randomly feel it the day after.

Well, if nothing else, I guess I have a new reason to stretch my body to the limits now. Thanks for the info.

You can get a natural high from excertion. It may also be you are feeling light headed due to low blood sugar.
I wouldn't be eating that bar man. It's just a cocktail of sketchy chemicals they think might do something. Stick with natural whole foods. They come individually wrapped portions with 100% biodegradable wrapping. Fruits mmmm...

Insomniac, When u teh weed, you cooked i some food right? You cant just eat plain weed, you need to heat it up to a certain temp to activate the thc.

I was already stoned when I ate the weed. I'm not saying that I never felt an affect from it.

THC does NOT have to be "activated" to work. You can eat cannabis raw, however, you need to consume more than you would if you were to cook with it. Cooking cannabis only ensures that you get your money's worth, as the THC as a fat to bind to for maximum absorbtion. A common misconception...
