| Okay so I go to my doctor asking about quiting smoking cigs without gaining weight. His answer, "Danielle, as much as I hate to say this, if you're worried about gaining weight when you quit, loose the ten lb you would gain and then quit, because it is almost impossible not to gain weight when quiting." DAMN!! Bad answer. But here's the deal, I'm a healthy (aside from my torched lungs) 5'7" 130 lb I work out three times a week at the gym and walk two times a week in between the gym, my weight never ever goes below that (I just don't understand the concept of diet), but I figured if I could obstain from mary for a short time (key word short), thus removing the munchie factor (which I have always enjoyed, food just tastes soooo good), I could drop the ten lb quick and then quit smoking. So has anyone experienced weight loss when abstaining from marijuana, after being a long term smoker? I wouldn't know because every time I quit was from pregnancy, so obviously I wasn't loosing any weight. Thanks ![]()
