I smoked a blount wenesday took some niacin pills thursday and have been drinking water since should take a drug test next week will i be ready, should i take another pill?

I wouldn't count on it. Niacin doesn't do a thing to help you pass a test.

The last time you smoked is not as important as how much you smoke. A one-time smoke would clear in a week, but if you are a regular smoker you have an accumulation of THC metabolites built up in your body's fat cells.
