I've been smoking for about 3 years now, and lately I find weed is making me do strange things.

When I'm high and I look at someone, or think about someone, say my friends or parents, I start to freak out a little. I start to feel like I dont know them and for some reason it scares me.

I dunno, lately I've been starting to fear my death and feel that life is slipping away before my eyes. Im not sure if its because of weed or if its just me. I smoke about 2 or 3 times a week.

Thanks for any advice

Take a break for a few weeks or a month. Try something new, like a 6 week yoga or stained glass class........

Really? Would taking a break really help it? I think I should be able to go without it for a month.

Either taking a break will help, and you'll know it's the weed, or it won't help and you'll know it's something else.

If you take a break from weed you can disassociate your problem from it, then work toward resolving the problem.

Yeah, I agree, you should definitely take a break. I used to smoke everyday and I developed a pretty big problem myself. I only do it every now and then these days.

Your body gets tired of consuming the drug if you smoke EVERY DAY,
My panic attacks back then would be the worst ones, sometimes I would be high as heaven and take a shower and when I would finish sometimes I would hear loud voices as if a couple enemies of mine would break into my house and hold my family hostage, I would literally hear my sister's scream but when I would come out of the bathroom everything was silent and it was all in my head.
