Mmk I've been having this little problem. Ever since I smoked some really good reefer from Africa that made me literally pass the **** out I have been getting all nervous whenever I smoke just mid-grade stuff. I know my heart rate is supposed to increase once I've smoked weed and I'll notice it beating faster, and it freaks me out, I'm always thinking; "Oh my God I'm going to have a heart attack." I had a bad experience with the African reefer I started getting really shakey, my heart raced, I got sweaty, I felt like I was drifting away from the world, you know like if I was to lay down on the ground and roll over I would have felt like I had dropped off the earth. Anyone know what could have causes that? But yeah ever since then I get ultra paranoid sometimes when I smoke and am afraid to get real high, any advice on how to calm myself down?

I'd quit smoking for a month. After that I would start small and figure out how high I really enjoy being. Adjust your intake to your comfort level.

Smoking dope is not a competitive sport. Moderation and balance is the way.

African weed is often very strong "haze" type or Sativa type and not the usual Indica heavy quick to harvest hybrid most are used to smoking.

Stay active in exercise, It worked for me.
You will notice a big difference, and you will experience a much more comfortable high.
