does anyone smoke with their pets? i want to get 2 cats to live with me but i dont want to if weed smoke will make them suffer or other negative consequences. maybe they will just get hungry and i'll have to feed them more?! obviously i wont force smoke down their nose but like if a room is pretty smokey and they are chillin with me they are bound to inhale some.

every weekend i sesh at a mates yard, he has 2 cats and there always in the room, it gets smokey as hell with about 5-6 of us all toking, the cats are still fine

well i wouldnt be attempting to get them high...im just sayin they are bound to breathe in some smoke if they are in the room. but im wanting to know if they are overly sensitive to thc or something and if it will have any affect on them at all.

No, cats aren't especially sensitive to marijuana smoke. Unless you're smoking in a closet with the door closed it shouldn't have any effect on them.

Cats are really partial to catnip. It seems to affect them in much the way that marijuana affects humans. My cat's favorite toy was a cloth mouse stuffed with catnip.

One time I was at my sister's house, and I smoked some cronic in her backyard, and the whole time that I was smoking, her dog(doberman) was standing in the outdoor sofa looking at me, but it wasnt until I finished blazing he started to bark alot at me and at everyone, so I went inside and came back twenty minutes later and he was there with his eyes red as heck, and he wasnt active like he usually is, so he went to sleep and I gave him water and food and he consumed em right away.

A friend of mine once dropped a big nug of weed (2 grams) and his dog got to it before she did. Since that day the dog literally follows the bong around the room. It will sit infront of the person that's hitting it and cry. When you're busting some weed out on the table you've got to be careful for the dog just might decide to take some on you. She's also been known to jump up into the smoke people exhale. She loves the stuff, but we often lock the dog out of the room when we're having a sess. Poor dog. lol
