Well I've been smoking for a little over a year and recently whenever I start smoking I feel something in my neck closing whenever I inhale. I don't choke or anything, I'm able to breathe just fine but when I inhale and that sort of valve closes I think I'll have like a respiratory attack or something even though I can always breathe well. Anyways it's weird and I hope someone has an idea as to what that may be. Also, recently in about the first 5 minutes of the high kicking in I get a mild panic attack for like a minute and then everything's cool, so any input on that is appreciated. Thanks.
