im pretty sure im sober enough to type this article. i have a few questions that happened to me that i havent done on my first time.

first time-

i was having a minor anxiety attack
could not remember things that ive done for the past 2 minutes
i constantly bring up the same subject.
when i became aware that i was high, i now have this feeling on my head and stuck ever since

2nd time-

i was mixing my subject where the predicate is and vice-verse
using wrong tense such as using past tense instead of present
i was VERY open-minded so i basically told every secret i know to my
friends that were smokin with me.
i was very aware that i was high mentally but when i try to do something physically my words becoming mixed up EVERY WORD I SPEAK, literally caveman talk
and everytime i start to feel paranoid/anxiety attack i strongly resist that feeling and got control of it very easily

you guys ever have that happened like this? im curious and not making sure that its not messing up my head cuz of my "awareness" and that it might be different when i get high for the 3rd time lol

I personally have not had that exact experience, but Marijuana can do strange things. It does mess with speech somewhat, I do know, because personally I can't speak so well if I'm too enthused. Don't count on me telling stories either--they won't make any sense.


You say that was your second time stoned? It is possible that you got too stoned. How much did you smoke? And PS: it will be different the third time, because every time is different. It really depends how much you smoke, who you're with, where you are, and what you are doing. And what you expect to happen.

i posted a thread alot like what this one will turn into.. i have never gotten to the caveman point but a lot of my friends do the same stuff its hilarious when someone gets that stoned

i think i took 5 hits by using this pipe thing. my friend told me it was some kind of hydro that had red hairs or something.

my friends kept tellin me that i kept speaking in third person. in my head, i was making perfect sense and knew what to say but it comes out absolute no sense when i speak. and i even TRIED to speak perfect sense

ugh...you shouldve seen what happened at the gas station, it was 2:30 in the morning and we bought a 1-liter,12-pack,2 hot dogs,bag of chips, and 3 black and milds. i know that guy had to knew we were extremely wasted as i constantly kept ****ing up my sentences. then we walked for about 3 hours and didnt come home till 4:30. then i was searching the symptoms for THC and i stumbled to this site. i just hope my buds forget most of the things i said cuz i blurded out like every secret i held lol

it was a strange night indeed....

That you can now describe the effect in such succinct detail using appropriate nomenclature should be adequate proof that the effect was short term.

Yes that done do been happens. It is called time dilation and is a sign of being stoned.

Loss of inhibitions is a sign of being (all together now) stoned.

It is why I advocate that if you choose to become stoned by smoking pot, do so in a SAFE ENVIRONMENT with people you KNOW WELL and TRUST.

Smoking pot can be a fun recreational relaxaing thing to do because of it's effects on your senses, including your sense of fun. But not everyone in the world is out there with your best interests at heart. Having friends around you can help you make the right judgement call when to say "that's enough"...and way to say "time to call it a night" too.

This is also a point where it is important as parents to be open with our kids for that Panic Button -- The ability for your kid to call you any hour of the day or night for a pick up from a bad scene -- no questions asked until morning. Because at sometime everyone has made a mistake in judgement. Safety first in all things.
