|  red eyes and dark lips it makes my eyes red and lips black, how can i get rid of these two annoying things |

| Most people get blood shot eyes why they're high. Weed makes your eye's blood vessles expand or something. Lips black? That's very weird. |

| Eye drops and lipstick? Red eyes are due to the vasodilator effects of marijuana. Eye drops that "get the red out" contain vasoconstrictors. You'll have to expand on the black lips thing. I've never heard of that before.

| I'm thinking that the person is smoking a spliff or blunt and resin builds up on the end and gets on your lips? Smoke a bong or use a filter/roach it usually will catch all the resin |
