Hi everyone. I felt the need to post this today. I used to be a regular smoker, from when i was 20 till last summer when I got married to a guy in the military and moved to Germany. So that made me a regular toker for a good 8 years. I thought giving it up would be easy. Now, I'm no doctor, but I do suffer from epilepsy and I feel that MJ helped with my seizure disorder. They were almost completely under control between the meds I am taking and tokin on a J a day. Since I've been away from the herb i noticed an increase in my seizures.

Now heres the most recent news...I got to go back to the states and visit my family and friends a few weeks ago and totally lit up. I missed it dearly. Now I've been back home in Germany for 2 weeks, with no MJ, and thursday night i had a grand mal seizure in my sleep. First one since April 1st. Now to top it off, this morning i had an anxiety attack!! Let me quickly throw in that i worked in the WTC and was there the morning of September 11th. Lucky for me I decided to go outside and smoke a cigarette when the plane hit. Last night i went to see "War of the Worlds" and I think the movie might have brought back some bad thoughts...so i think that may have something to do with my attack this morning. Man how I wish I had a bone on me now!!

Would this have anything to do with it possibly cleaning out of my system or something? I need SERENITY NOW!!!! Thanks ahead of time for any replies.

i know there are tons and tons of pretty good hash floating around germany, denmark, france, etc. why dont you plan a trip to holland for a weekend or something. take a trip to denmark and go through christania. theres no reason to go without in europe.

Hey, if I could, I would. For one thing, I don't have a license thanks to the sizure thing, and its not like a train ride is a hop skip n jump away - we're stationed down in south western Germany. It also sucks that my husband is in the Air Force and they watch us like hawks up there..aside from the fact that he's one of those anti-pot persons. So yeah..it sucks. I don't want to jeopardize his career for that. I hate jeopardizing my health as well...but theres a reason for everything, huh?

The problem is not that there's no cannabis available. It's that she is a military wife living on a military base. If she gets caught it would be a much bigger deal than your basic small time possession bust in the States. If a stash was found in her house, her husband could get a dishonorable discharge, which can really screw up a person's life permanently. If she got caught with it personally she could get sent back to the US. I think she could get banned from all military bases, but I'm not sure.

Could you get a prescription for Marinol (medical THC in capsule form)? It might have the desired anti-seizure effect, it gets you high, and it's entirely legal. The sweet thing is that the US government would be paying for it.

Marinol eh? I'll have to check that out. I plan on seeing my neurologist very soon. I'll mention that medication. Thanks for the input. I really did want to tell my military doc about my tokin the MJ, but my husband got nervous and felt it would be better if I just kept it hush. I might reconsider this time. I ain't ashamed to let people know I'm a stoner..but thats just me!
